It’s Time To Talk About The Future

We need to talk about a border poll. Under the Good Friday Agreement a border poll can be called at anytime. If the result of the most recent Census shows a Catholic Majority for the first time in the history of the North it will spur talk of the constitutional future of the Six Counties.Elections to Stormont in May might result in a Sinn Fein majority and the party nominating a First Minister. That is of course if the DUP don't bring the whole Agreement crashing down before hand over the Northern Ireland Protocol. 2022 is going to be a interesting year ahead.
