Number Of People Living In the Six Counties Increases By 125,000

The population in the North of Ireland has increased by 125,000 according to the first results released today of the 2011 NI Census. It is the biggest increase ever recorded. The population on census day was 1,810,900 people. http://www.nisra.gov.uk/Census/pop_stats_bulletin_2011.pdf
