42% Of Scottish People Support Holyrood Making All The Decisions For Scotland

42% of Scottish people support Holyrood making all decisions for Scotland according to a new survey. The British Social Attitudes Survey also shows support for Scottish Independence has increased by 9% in the past two years. 32% of Scottish people would vote Yes for Scottish Independence in a 2014 referendum.
